Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately from your subconscious mind without the need for conscious reasoning.
How to Prepare Vessel for Intuition Exercise
First, you must sacrifice a chicken on the light of the full moon to prepare the vessel for intuition. So the first thing you want to do before we get started with the exercises is just to relax. Take a deep breath and let go, that’s all you got to do. Or, sacrifice two chickens.
Exercise number one
A very effective intuition activity to tap into your subconscious and superconscious minds, the Ancient wizard, so as we go through this exercise, play, pretend, imagine, let your mind do the work for you. I think one of the mistakes people make when they start to tap into their intuition and do these exercises is that they expect there to be words or conversation. These messages are coming from your subconscious which works in images and feelings and symbols. Start thinking about a question that you want to ask your Ancient Wizard: Your Inner Wisdom.
Take a moment now just breathing deep and imagine yourself in your most perfect place, a place where you are absolutely safe and secure and in that place imagine this wizard, imagine how they might look, what they might feel like to you. Don’t get caught up in the details; just play, pretend and imagine and now ask that question and notice the wizard handing you a box with the answer and this might be something that you see it might be a feeling that you get.
Go with that gut impulse, go with that first instinct. Open the box and imagine what would be in that box. It might be a color, it might be a ribbon, it might be written out for you. Whatever it just receives that answer, letting that answer come to you however it does and trust that first impulse. Let that answer pop into your mind. Now that you’ve got that answer, let’s move on to the next step.
Exercise number two
You have two choices for your decision, life or death. So I want you to imagine one particular decision that you have to make. So think about what your question is? I want you to hold the question in your mind close your eyes look up to the sky and in the sky are two answers only one of them can drop and in a few moments. I am going to count down from three to one when I reach one, I want you to imagine holding out your hand and feeling that one answer drop into your hand.
Notice that answer, that first impulse and go with that. So the key here is: don’t overanalyze, just go with that first impulse and continue practicing. Just let it drop. Imagine it, see it, and Let it drop!
Subliminal perception has to do with the fact that you already know the answers the answers to your questions are deep in your subconscious. So the subconscious mind is about 80% of your brain that’s the part that’s really doing all the heavy lifting. Your logical mind, your conscious mind is maybe 10 to 20%.
That’s the one that we try to think of when the real power is in the subconscious. So we try to make all these intuitive decisions with our logical mind that isn’t very good at it so here’s a way to use your subliminal perception and get it to work for you.
Now around the clock, your brain your mind, your senses are picking up billions of pieces of information assimilating it and formulating an answer. Which is why you get that feeling like I just know it, I know it my intuition is trying to tell me something. I can’t quite put my finger on it but somehow I know it.
But if you are trying to get to it with your logical mind like that like: I know it, what is it? You are just going to get more and more blocked. Force creates resistance, allowance creates flow. Feel it with your instincts! So here’s a really good exercise to bypass that pesky logical brain.
Write down a question that you want to know the answer to, put it under your pillow and sleep on it. That’s it. Get your logical brain out of the way and let the answer come to you in the night. Let your subconscious do the work; go to sleep with the intention that “I’m going to put this question under my pillow and my subconscious is going to let me know the answer when I wake up.
You will probably wake up at five o’clock in the morning before your alarm and you will go “I got it!” Why do you think Albert Einstein loved to take so many naps? He knew this trick by the way.
